This explains what CyberSkill collects on this site, why, and how to reach us. We keep it short and we do not sell your data.
CyberSkill is a software company in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, founded in 2020, building web applications, mobile apps, and internal systems for businesses worldwide.

What we collect
Contact form: your name, work email, optional company, your message, the enquiry type, and your consent.
Lumi chat: the messages you send and Lumi's replies. Please do not share secrets or sensitive data in chat.
Usage analytics: anonymous, first-party events such as page views and button clicks. No cookies and no cross-site tracking.
Consent and Tracking Tags
No marketing pixels or advertising cookies load by default. First-party anonymous usage events still run without cookies.
Google Analytics 4: the gtag library may load after the page is interactive with Google Consent Mode defaults (analytics and ad storage denied). Measurement cookies and identifiable GA storage turn on only after you Accept on the consent banner. Decline keeps storage denied.
Optional session replay: when configured, Microsoft Clarity loads only after you Accept. It runs in cookieless mode; form fields and chat content are masked so typed text is not recorded.
Your Accept/Decline choice is stored only in your browser (localStorage) so we do not ask again. You can clear site data to reset the choice.
Why we collect it
To reply to your enquiry, follow up about your project, and improve the site. We ask for your consent before you submit the form.
Who processes it
Chat messages are sent to our AI provider (Anthropic, LLC in the United States) to generate replies. This constitutes a cross-border data transfer, which we disclose at the point of use before you start the chat. The site hosting is provided by Vercel. If you ask us to, we may add your details to our customer records. We do not sell your data.
Retention and your rights
We keep enquiry and chat records only as long as needed to follow up and for our records. You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your data at any time by emailing info@cyberskill.world.
Your theme and language preferences are stored locally in your browser only, not on our servers.
