CyberOS Content Policy
CyberOS is a private workspace for your colleagues. This page says what is not allowed in it, how to report something, and what happens after you do. It applies to every message, file, and image anyone sends.
What is not allowed
Harassment. Targeting a colleague with abuse, intimidation, or repeated unwanted contact, including by direct message.
Hate. Attacking or demeaning anyone on the basis of race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, disability, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, age, or serious illness.
Sexual content. Sexually explicit material, and any sexual content involving a minor - which we report to the authorities without exception.
Violence. Threats of violence, incitement to violence, or content that glorifies it.
Illegal content. Anything unlawful under Vietnamese law or the law where the sender is, including malware, stolen credentials, and material that infringes someone else's rights.
Spam. Bulk unsolicited messaging, and messaging that exists to advertise rather than to work.
A note on self-harm
If someone posts something suggesting they may hurt themselves, report it. It is not a policy violation and nobody is in trouble. It is the report we treat as most urgent, and the reason the report form has a category for it.
How to report
In CyberOS, open the message's menu and choose Report, or open a person's profile and choose Report. Pick the reason that fits and add anything the reviewer should know.
Reporting is private. The person you report is not told that you reported them, and they never see your name against a report.
You can also block someone. Blocking stops you seeing their messages and stops their messages reaching you - no notifications, no push, nothing. They are not told, and they see no error when they write to you. Blocking and reporting are independent: do either, or both.
What happens next
Reports go to an administrator in your own organisation - not to CyberSkill. Your organisation owns its workspace and its content, and its administrators decide what happens in it. They see the reported message and who reported it. They do not see the rest of your private conversation.
An administrator can dismiss the report, delete the message, or remove the person from that channel. Every one of those decisions is written to an audit record that cannot be quietly edited.
If the problem is the administrator
If the person you need to report is the one who reviews reports, that is not a chat problem and this page cannot solve it. Contact us at info@cyberskill.world and we will tell you honestly what we can and cannot do - which, because your organisation controls its own workspace, is less than you might hope.
Changes
If we change this policy we will update this page and change the date below. Material changes are announced to workspace administrators.
