The team ran daily operations across a sprawl of spreadsheets. Numbers drifted between copies, handovers were error-prone, and nobody could see the whole pipeline at once.
What we did
We mapped the real workflow with the people who live in it, then built a web platform around one shared data layer. We shipped in small increments so the team could adopt it without a risky big-bang switch.

Order-processing time came down by a measured margin, and the operations team finally worked from one live view instead of reconciling files by hand.
